I contacted Terence regarding my Bestway pool, two of the support poles had rusted through rendering my pool unusable. He checked in his warehouse and sent me a full set of replacement poles at no cost except for a delivery fee. These were, unfortunately, the incorrect size poles. On contacting him again, he opened a pool at his warehouse and got the correct serial number and sent the correct poles WITHOUT an additional delivery cost. This is not the first time that I have had such fantastic service from Terence. He has sent replacement parts for my pool in the past, again at no extra charge. As a result of this person's wonderful attitude and service, I have recommended the Bestway pools to several of my friends who are not wanting to put a traditional pool in and some of them have bought these pools because of the recommendation.
