Lawnpro advertises on their website: All you have to do is watch your lawn grow, mow and water correctly.
This is a lie. I've been using them since Nov 2012. I relied on them to provide me advice on looking after my lawn and letting me know how and what to do to maintain it. Now they tell me the grass is dying without letting me know why this is. They were supposed to be looking after it this is why I pay for seasonal treatments. The initial quote stated that they will spread a "unique and magical blend of products over the selected lawns". If this is so unique and magical why are my lawns dying. When I enquired from the owner after refusing to pay fort last treatment until I received a reasonable explanation as to why the lawns are dying he become really insulting over the phone. He told me to tell all prospective customers to I quote "shove it where the sun don't shine".
So for those who want to use their service be really careful.
