Takes your deposit and doesn't do the jo

Asked daviflash for a quote for paving. accepted his quote. on the 23rd paid him 75% deposit of the quote. on the 3rd september he dropped off a labourer at our premises to do some cleaning up. that's where it stayed. He kept on promising delivery of bricks daily, and then after 2 weeks sms'd to say that the job was too expensive and and that he would give our money back. to date we have just had promises and no money, he keeps on ducking and diving. when we threatened him with legal action he just responded "Oh well get on with it
