The leader hose of my Voyager Pool Cleaner broke and I struggled getting the correct hose. None of the shops in my area kept the correct hose, and the agent in Pretoria (Poolware), who is supposed to keep them, supplied me with the wrong hose for my specific model. After going back there (twice) and leaving my details with them (Poolware), Derrick from Voyager Pool Cleaners phoned me and promised to have my Pool Cleaner serviced and fitted with the correct hose. They sent a technician to my house who serviced the Voyager for me and also replaced all other worn parts, at their cost. I am really impressed with this excellent, efficient, friendly service!
