I had to get the guys out after hours to attend to a burst geyser - they came, checked, sorted it so that nothing more could happened, organised for me the next morning all details to get a replacement (still warranty) even if that was done and had to be done by another company. A month later I asked them to move the geyser away from the sealing - again prompt response - fair pricing and job done as promised. Very well done! They even phoned afterwards to check all is done to my satisfaction.
