The newly built Diepkloof Square is a success, it has truly developed our community as a whole. With it came many things "convenience" is what comes to mind. On the 10th July 2013, My mom went to purchase 3 Meter sand at Cash Build and according to them they'll deliver in 2 Days Time Free. We waited and to this day No sand has been delivered until yesterday I paid the store a visit, to find out why. We politely approached the manager HENDRICK MKHWEBANA enquiring on the latenon delivery, he just took our Invoice and told us he will TRY to deliver asap, this is despite store policy of 2 days, this guy went on, charging at us SHOUTING IN THE HARDWARE. We couldn't understand why? when an apology and the date at when sand will be delivered was required. This guy literally refused to apologise and never took Accountability what so ever. These are the people Cash Build hired to serve the us in the community, instead of that, some POWER DRUNK people see fit to to victimize customers instead of serving. This is a common mentality with black people ill-treating other black people when it should be the opposite.
People tend forget that their bad attitude tarnish the organisation. We should
