I'm a young mother of 2 who was desperate to buy a house for her kids, but all this has turned into a nightmare, cosmo homes are ruthless and take advantage of needy and desperate people. people i warn you dont sign thier building contract because once the bank approves your loan there is no way out or you'll have to pay a hafty fee for nothing, es im so disguted with this people because they also have families, they should know how it feels like to buy something that you cant afford anymore and should be able to cancel with ease. im going to post this everywhere including my work intranet so that everyone is aware of how unfair cosmo's contract is and how one sided it is.
