1.Work completed on the 12th June
-Was informed the previous electrician didn't know what they were doing as they had left our roof in a situation where the wires had burned out
-1st July the company had to return due to the lights not working again - the issue was the same, the wires had burned out... therefore leaving me questioning the amount of money I handed over for the work if the quality is of the same standard and I end up having the same issue?
2.When work was completed on the 12th June the guys accessed my roof through the trap door and used the floating shelf as a lever which in turn ripped off the wall
-I sms'd asking what is going to be done to fix the situation to which I was returned a call and informed the guys never went in the roof and therefore had not broken my shelf down. When the guys came again low and behold they went into the roof to fix the problem, when I asked why I had been to of them going in the first place was informed they weren't sure which client they were speaking to on the phone! I was informed that it most likely was the guy they had let go. No response to what they are going to do to fix my shelf.
