Promise Service that they can`t delive

I paid R3600 deposit for my Granite tops by the above company and was promise that delivery will be done on the 27/06/13 from 08h00-12h00, I waited the entire day and received no calls from the company. When I called them then only they informed me of delays etc. When you asked to speak to the manager then you informed the manager is not in or busy. On the disclaimers it is stated that you forfeit your entire deposit if you cancel, meaning that you need to tolerate their bad customer.
