I got 6 stones from the outlet in Feb 2013, paid R133.45, and confirmed that I could return the samples with FULL refund. The attendant wanted to give the stones for free (too much hassle writing an invoice), but I insisted on paying (to "force" myself to return the samples I would not use). On 12 June I returned and asked for refund on 3 stones only (other 3 were damaged). The (same) attendant phoned someone, and said they would "call me". I suggested they take my bank account details for refund; I wouldn't waste time and fuel to come again for R60. The attendant wrote a long returned-items invoice, and wanted to charge me 10%, despite what I had been promised. A Mr. Pieter arrived. He hardly heard my story; he insisted it's company policy to charge (never mind what I was told originally). He also decided that one of the 3 stones was damaged, despite me pointing to him that all the stones in the yard are imperfect by design (the damaged ones I excluded already). He would not budge, not even on R4 charge! I decided that instead of talking to his deaf ears, rather give up the refund, and let the readers judge for themselves this "quality" of "service".
