I bought a Wendy House from M&M Home Improvements that I received on the 17/05/2013. After being in the Wendy house for a week it Rained in fact it stormed and I had a big problem with the roof that was leaking. I then called the office and the guy, Sam and they told me they cannot work when it is raining. That is all fine and one can understand that. So here we are after having called their office and no one came to help and we have had a week without no rain. Now the receptionist tell me they cant come out because they not working in the Darling area. I have paid my money cash R7900.00 and now I have damaged furniture and it will be more damaged because we are in winter. They should have done a test to see if it is leaking and I asked them why they did not do that before I moved in. They told me they don't do that- stupid. That would be making a lot of lives so much easier if they do a leak proof test. My life is wet when it is wet outside and these people are messing me around. Can someone out there please assist me in Darling so I can have a dry nights rest PLEASE!!! They are not at all worried about you after you have paid them. They have no after sale service at all!
