We bought our house 6 years ago with blinds and shutters already installed (done by mentioned company - name is imprinted on the blinds). The blinds started chipping from sun exposure, which apparently shouldn't be happening. So we called the company. My husband artranged and confirmed with Werner on 14/11/2012 that he will come to our house to take a look. He never arrived! We went to Decorex on Sat 27/4/2013 and spoke to Lisa Watt who said she will come over to our house to take a look. She came on Thu 2/5/2013 and said she will get back to us the following day or early the following week. We've been waiting over a month with no phone calls, emails or messages received! unacceptable
