I would just like to point out that on a daily basis I drive through Bloemfontein and find many streets with all the street lights lit up!! This at Lunch time?? I must ask how moronic can inept can you be? There are advertisements everyday asking and begging us to save electricity, to switch unused appliances off etc etc. No wonder Eskom can't provide everybody with power. No wonder our tariffs are so HIGH. Our own municipality can't even follow their own advice!!! These at Mangaung Municipality can't even switch off the street lights during the day. How can we expect them to be responsible and accurate when it comes to our billing.

This is a form of corruption and sabotage also. The taxpayers are once again paying for your screwups.
