I purchased a Whizzyy 3 MONTHS AGO at musica in Canal Walk. I have not been able to use the device which I paid for 3 month ago. I have called Stylus Audio 086 0009596 on numerous occasions but my device is still not working. When I call I am either sent leaflet with the set up instructions (which came with the Whizzyy) I feel like I am getting the run around, the staff are to quick to get you off the phone and therefore 3 months have passed and I am still not able to use this device which I PAID FOR.
