My email was down from about 2.30am Saturday until about 1.20pm this afternoon. No apolgy form Online Direct, and ALL the emails in that time are LOST. They have short office hours (almost like a real office. No Sundays).
Earlier this year I complained, but have had to fofeit my emails. I shall be moving.
