Please can you explain how it can happen that you just deduct money off my account without authorisation? I want my money back ASAP!

And don't give me a standard answer of PSS performing 100's of debit orders and that things can go wrong. BS!

If you cannot do it right, close your doors and let a professional business take over from you.
