My Apple Computer which I bought from digitalwarehouse Online developed a hardware problem after 13 month and Apple suggested I contact my supplier. I contacted digitalwarehouse and they immediately responded and came up with a plan.
These people are amazing. I have had a similar problem with Kalahari, and that turned into a three month nightmare with emails and phone calls and general unhelpfulness.
From now on, I shop only at digitalwarehouse.
