I bought a new graphics card from them, after I installed the part, my onboard sound was gone. I phone to purchase a soundcard from them to which I was told to hold on a minute before buying anything. I was put through to their head technician who did some troubleshooting with me and even remotely logged on to my computer to try and help.
Unfortunately, my onboard sound was fried. So I placed the order for a few things from them. They phoned me later that day to inform me that their supplier did not have stock of a certain item and it would be a while before they got stock. They did offer me many alternatives but I had my heart set on the specific item.
Later that day I found the item in stock at another supplier, so I phoned Evetech to ask if they could cancel my order and refund me the money I already paid. They did this with a smile and did not take long at all.
Sorry for cancelling my order with you guys and thanks for the way you handled the situation.
I will definitely do business with you guys over and over again!
