I handed my son's play station in on the 8th of June for repairs, it is almost 3 months later! Every time I phone they have some excuse, and say they will phone me back, but they NEVER come back to me. I've been to the shop numerous times, with no luck. I've been trying to phone, no one answers my e-mails or my the phone! I'm so frustrated, I hope they still have my son's play station! I'm really getting fed up! I just want my son's play station back!
