I am extremely disgusted about the service and way I have been handled on this forum!
They deliberately ignore you when ever you try to contact them or communicate with them to discuss the issues on their site.
However when I was finally contacted, not only was I interrogated & threatened on a personal level by the moderators but I was again treated exceptionally poorly!
I suggest companies who value their corporate image and finances, best find another site to advertise on.
Considering they so recklessly ban even faithful fans and users, this will only decrease your exposure.
Even after I explained that I was completely unaware of the reason for me getting banned (being having a second account which was not listed in the initial agreement [ as shown here -> [URL Removed] ] OR even post registration as show here -> [URL Removed] )
Even why I offered the most humble and sincere of apologies I was ignored and so have no choice but to bring this issues to the attention of the general public as well as the companies who support them.
