AND EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!

I went to the Audi Centre in Northcliff on Friday 19 April 2013 to follow up on a 2006 BMW 120i car listing on the Autotrader website. I was assured by Brian Gallagher that the car was still available. After explaining the specs of the car that I was looking for, he made a phone call and confirmed those specs. I also explained that I was concerned that if I had applied for finance for the car and that if I did not get it (due to already pending applications on the car), my credit score would decrease and I did not want that. He then reassured me that I would be given first preference for the car since there were no other applications on the car and that I could apply. I, therefore, applied and sent through all my documents on that day.

On Monday 22 April 2013, I called Brian to find out about my application on the car and he said that everything was fine and that I was approved and I could come in and have a look at the car. When I arrived there I was shown a different BMW 120i and when I asked about the one I applied for, Brian told me that it had been sold and that he can't help me. I drove all the way from Brakpan that day. I am appalled by this service and demand a solution.
