I have been Liasing with Brian since my last complaint, Brian then Promised to get back to me on Monday the 4th of March, he did not, I left it and called this morning, Only to find out that Brian resigned. He could not even advise me of this??? Very disappointed. The 3rd Party had no contact from the Insureres either so does this mean that absolutely nothing has been done as yet??
