This was suppose to be a good report regarding how A1 Assist gave me my car back with help of Satra Towing Association, now yet again turned into a bad report. I got my car back from A1 Assist mid-March, but with parts missing/removed. And although I brought this to their attention in a matter of a day, they said they will sort it out. After numerous emails & numerous phones to them, & promising to get back to me, I still don't have an answer. The radiator was removed and replaced with an old one that doesn't fit my car. They didn't even bother, just threw it in loose. Other smaller parts were removed as well, the ones you can see with eye, and who could've guess my central locking system was removed as well. Speakers, sub-hover, map book. Those are the things we know off. As they kept my car so long, a brand battery, died. There was nothing wrong with the car accept a small knock on the a-pillar and the windscreen glass smashed. From all the towing the car's body is damage, paint etc. The car was still going 100% but now I am left with all this damage. And I haven't been able to work for past 3-4 months. DO NOT EVER LET A1 ASSIST TOW YOUR CAR. PLSE ALSO READ THE 3 OTHER
