I'd like to thank Andre (Dealer Principle), Richard (Sales Manager), Riana (Business Manager) and Arno (Sales Executive) for the amazing service that I have received from Kia Tygerberg (Cape Town).
First, I received help to get out of a hellish situation, which I might add Kia did not have to do at all. Secondly, after all that, they still took the time to help me choose the car that would best suit me. The constant message I got from all the individuals at Kia was "We here to make you happy". These people are truly kind, customer orientated, passionate about their brand, out to make you a happy customer and in my case are willing to right the wrongs of the past. Additionally, they were willing to get the finance deal that I wanted, answer all my questions and even got an insurance company to phone me about a new policy.
So, if you want excellent, world class service with a smile, require assistance every step of the way and most of all want to be happy, please give Kia Tygerberg a try. I am confident you won't be sorry. I can vouch for this as I recommended a friend to the branch and as expected they have made my friend happy too.
