Extremely Bad Service

I went to KIA Edenvale in January. My trade in car was evaluated @ R48 000 (as a 2008 - although the book clearly states it's a 2007). The sales person promised that I would have my new car (KIA Rio 1.4 Sedan) the first week of February (knowing full well that there is currently a shortage of 1.4 Sedans in the country). I decided that since there is a shortage, I will accommodate them and settle for a KIA Rio 1.4 Hatch. I signed the contract with the trade in value @ R48 000, when they got the proof of ownership papers for the trade in car, they noticed that it was a 2007 model, and now only want to offer me R38 000 for it. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, I want nothing to do with KIA in general anymore, nothing they do can change my mind about them and the service they provide. If that's what the sales service is like, then I don't even want to know what the after sales service is like!!
