Mandla Mtshali responded wrt my complaint, to date no one from Croydon responded. Is this how we are silenced? I think now the ombudsman must know about this behaviour. When i spend money i expect the perfect deal. Zeda be advised that the ombudsman will help me further if I dont get a positive response as soon as possible.
