I phoned many times to Northcliff branch today and they cut me off constantly.
They have no interested to help customers, I found this is very bad service and unacceptable.
I have ordered a clock spring regarding the horn faulty more than two months. I made deposit for R500 on Jan 2013 and they never came back to me the part was here or not. they hand write R500 deposit on an invoice and never gave me a proper receipt.
I found this is very bad reputation of Honda SA which I never be treated oversea. I will prefer not buy any Honda product in future.
