I went to this service station sometime last month and I got very bad service coz the staff members just continue finishing off their chat before they even walke to you to give service. Yesterday 27/03/2013 early in teh morning I went there to get fuel and I was ignored coz I just waited and no one came to assist me for a while coz i didn't have enough fuel I waited & there comes this girl walking in slow motion like she was still sleeping she comes pours fuel & walks in slow motion again to get change & back in worse slow motion than before. Today again I did stop by to refuel and guess what i could see 2 petrol attendants in the little room where they sit & chatting while each bay had a car which needed help, one guy came to me but I think he changed his mind and walked away, some Wilson guy & another guy were busy assisting one car after the other as if it was just 2 of them. The service is so slow & frustrating last time I saw a lady drive away. If management get this I suggest they look at the cameras secretly & see exactly the kind of service us customers get at that place. The servce is so pathetic it's not funny it is so frustrating we wait coz we dont have a choice
