Overall bad service from salesperson

Almost three months ago I ordered a Hundai ix35 from Hyndai Midrand through my company's fleet scheme. From initially being told that I could expect the vehicle in less than two weeks I have now had nothing but the run-around from the dealer. She initially did not respond to e-mails and when she finally did, her answers were so vague that they did not mean anything. Finally on 21 Feb she replied that the ship delivering the vehcicles would dock on 4 March and that it would take 14-21 days for the vehicle to be delivered. On 14 March she advised that the vechicle was in customs and that she would come back to me with further news. No surprise that I have heard nothing further. On phoning the dealership I was told that she is ON LEAVE and guess what - she does not answer her cell phone. The lady who answered the phone at the dealership could not tell me when she will return or who is handling her sales in her absence. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE
