I'd just like to compliment Remo Motors on exceptional service and great staff when buying my 2nd hand Audi A3 through Remo Motors.
I found an ad on Auto Trader on thur night, i sent an email off the system to see if car is still available. 8am the next morning i was greeted with a call by Jozua asking when i'd like to pick up the car, already making me feel it was meant to be.
Jozua sent me the finance application within minutes after our call, kept me updated on the responses and went the extra mile when i had an issue with the application with one of the banks. To sum it up, because of Jozua i have my car today and extremely proud of it.
Further more, the service i received as i entered their modern dealership in Gezina was outstanding. Greeted with warm smiles, efficiency and well structured steps in obtaining my new car. To top it all, i received a free gift courtesy of Remo for breakdowns.
Before taking the car, a check list was done with me on my car explaining everything with Jozua. Jozua followed up with a call the following Monday to see how my car was and license delivered to my door today within a week of buying the car
