On 25 Feb 2013 I took my Honda CRV for its 5 year service. I alerted them to 3 additional things to be checked: 1. The Honda badge has lost its A and theerfore I wnated to replace the badge. 2. The petrol flap did not open without prying it open whilst flicking the petrol lever. 3. The boot door had a broken inside handle to assist to close it.
I had to phone twice to enquire when car would be ready for collection - even though I left messages no one called until 16:45 to say the car will be ready by 17h00! Talk about advance warning - fortunately I live close to the dealership. They mentioned that the break discs and pads had to be replaced and that I had to decide what to do. Where is thecourtesy in alerting a customer to potential issues 15 minutes before closure - it does not leave me with confidence in the quality of the job. This - by the way is the second year in a row that I was alerted to breaks that had to be repared 15 minutes vefore collection!
NONE of the 3 issues mentioned above were investigated - not even replacement prices provided. I had to enquire whether they looked at the 3 issues that was written down but IGNORED. I have ZERO faith in your dealership
