The worst service ever received

Purchased a Kia Cerato fro Kia Northcliff at teh begining of December 2012 and traded in my vehicle. My old vehicle was not settled on time resulting in me debited again in December. I ahd to follow up several times without resolution. Eventually after reporting the matter to WesBank was my old vehcile settled and the balalnce paid to my in January 2013 more than a month later :(. Tried reporting this to the principal dealer and left several messages with no reply. I even called Kia SA left several messages an no one called me back. I then discovered this month that they haven't registered my which I paid for and this now almost 3 months later. Monica from Kia Northcliff has been trying to sort this out recently but I insisted that this matter be escalated as this us unacceptable that I am treated in this fashion and their senior management team refuse to get involved. I have now been advised that they have to now collect my vehicle and redo the road worthy test as its expired. This has truly been teh worst experience I've ever had and for the amount of money I have spent the service is disgusting. I will advise anyone purchase a vehicle there. I'm clearly just another sale. :(
