Good Day:
Its Almost 4 Months now in which i have been waiting for the dealership to fix my car for the hail damage since October 2012, there is no communication to prompt me when they will be done, to my surprise when i call the dealership, there is no work done on my car even now, now i don't understand what more can i do, i have escalated the matter to management of the dealership, that did not work as well, if they can give me the exact date to when they will be done.
