My Iphone (on contract via Cell C) was supposed to be delivered to me on Friday 15 February by Ram Couriers at the Markotter Saal in Stellenbosch.
At 15:03 RAM couriers headquarters phoned me and told me that the drivers are waiting for me in the parking lot of the Markotter Saal. I immediately went to the parking lot and waited about 5 minutes, after which she phoned me and told me that they are still waiting for me. I told her I am outside I don;t see them then she told me that they are outside another location which is about 5 blocks away and definitely not the Markotter Saal. I told her this then she proceeded to tell me that they know Stellenbosch very well as they deliver there often... and that they now LEFT because they don't have TIME to wait for me and it will take too long to get to my adress. Needless to say that infuriated me and then she told me that if I hurry, I can get them within the next 10 to 15 minutes at another location!!!
Since when does the CUSTOMER need to drive after the couriers??? I am APPALLED at this service and treatment of customers. If I don't receive my phone on Monday... Cell C just lost a new customer and they have RAM to thank for it.
