Some advice please - I wanted to complain about the service I am receiving from Nissan so I was told to phone the Customer Care line. Now they don't even phone me back. So who do I phone to complain about the complaint that is not being attended to? I rolled my Navara on the 7th October last year (OVER THREE MONTHS AGO) and the body work shop tasked with repairs has still not received the parts needed to fix my car.
