Awaiting a reply from AA for the last month

As per my report sent about E-car/Hi-Tech Auto and the AA on the 11th of December 2012, 1 month later, still NO response from AA or Hi-Tech Auto. AA endorses and accredits a company that damaged my car and absolutely no reply after i have been a loyal AA member for a number of years
