DISGRUNTLED BMW OWNER - NOW WITH DAMAGED CAR v2

I received a call from BMWSA -Said they will "restore my faith". Note sure what this means, as it was one phone call 2 weeks ago, & I have not heard from them since.

In the interim - following an independent inspection, I advised Autoglen that Id been informed that the only resolution ito the damage would be to replace the panel. They took a week to reply to my mail, & arranged a replacement panel to be fitted @10 the next day. (max 2 hours). Long story short - It never happened. They wasted my time the entire morning and the repair was never done. I just gave up when by 12:00 they were not in a position to do the repair. As a business owner I had meetings to attend to. Besides time (which is money), it is now costing me actual business.

I have owned/ own a number of brands (Ford VW Opel Honda Chev Jeep Mazda) & can HONESTLY say it's the worst service level I have EVER received from any dealer and/or brand. If I could sensibly justify selling the vehicle & taking an 80K loss, I would do so. But as I can not I'll reluctantly drive the car.
