I phoned, and asked " Hello, is dit book-a-bakkie" and the Book-a-Bakkie employee said "Can you please speak English"

Would it be too much effort for you, to at least, firstly greet the potential client on the line, and if you are not bilingual, ask politely for me to accommodate you, because you are not bilingual.

Pathetic telephone manners.
