I'm very upset about the service I got from your Kuruman branch. It seemed they are doing me a huge favor.
I took my friend, sons-in-law's granny, she's 86 to fit 2 new Tyres. As we arrived, I asked how long it would be because we drove from the farm and granny had other appointment's the same day.
Henry said 3hours, so we said good that will suit us find for there's enough time until next appointment.
After 3hours we sent to collect the car and to our Suprise the tyres were fitted but the lining had to be done. ooo and just so you agnolege... we paid when we left the car the 1st time.
So, we left again, came back not done yet, so we had to go to our other appointment.
Henry said: We should bring the car back the next day, which I said it's not possible as we came from the farm. He then said we should bring the car next time we're in town, which was yesterday, 29th March 2023.
When we arrived, Henry was not in sight, but Danie assisted us. Again, we left the car for 3 hours.
Again, when we got there the car was not done and again, we had another appointment, which Danie suggested he will go drop us and then pick us up again, which he did.
I'm informing you of the poor service because I would not do business with Kuruman branch again.
