Hi to whome this may concern.
I reside in kuilsriver and taxis going to bellville from kuilsriver/eersteriver to bellville are creating chaos due to them drive off route and through the area causing all sorts of trouble from additional traffic to physical confrontations from the taxi drivers and door operators.
My query is simple .who can I formally lodge a complaint to and what can actually be done regarding the matter as it becomes very unsafe to commute from the said position due to the off route taxis. Can I take the taxi number plate and formally lodge a complaint?
