After work at Waterkloof Meet on milner restaurent ..i took a taxi at albert&long street to sunnyside.i gave the driver 20 rand as in 2 10 rands..when i was about to drop of at my destination the driver refused to give me change&said that he is spinning&its pick hour.i was supposed to drop off at loveday street but he dropped me at leyds street at barclays square more sunnyside.i havent' seen any driver who is rude like this one.i managed to take the taxi's number plate its DW-24.the rest of the numbers i did not see properly because he drove away since he said its pick hour.i am really dissapointed.it happened 20 minutes ago.27.07.2018
