Bought a very badly serviced car

This company is a fraud.
My car had multiple severe failures in the first months. How this car even got through roadworthy is a surprise to me. It needed a new, larger sized battery, because they put in a small one for a 1.9dCi. Go figure! It needed new control arms and ball bearings in front, a new radiator (lost 6 liters, until I get engine overheating warning on the N2, luckily I had cooling liquid in the car), the starter needed revision (was flooded with oil due to turbo seal oil leak). All of these things apparently went "unnoticed" prior to delivery and above that, it even had a "service" done before I received the car. How blatantly ignorant can either that mechanic or Markon Motors itself be to sell a car in this state?
The biggest issue so far was the starting problem, it took around 5 seconds each time to start to car, cold or hot, it didn't matter. I was given a new battery and control arms were fixed, but none of the real issues that caused such great concern. The starter was pulling skew every time and it was slowly dying. I had to pay myself to get everything fixed, because nor Markon Motors nor it's affiliate garage showed any sign of feedback to help me any further. I am still trying to get back to me after sending several e-mails and phone calls. There is a complaint filed against them with the CPA and will seek further steps.

Do not waste your time with them!
