I Needed to get me new tyres for my car. So i went onto the net and came across a site called the tyre site, there i applied for some quotations from places like HiQ, in my area, so during the cause of the day i got my first and only response from HiQ... I was so surprised as i thought nothing of it at the time, so today i went to fit the tyres

went to HiQ Tokai, and asked for a quotation again, then the totals did not matched, then i remembered i got a email from them, now brought forward mail and the manger was so shocked as he under quoted himself as he was the one who replied to my quotation a few weeks ago.

Moral of the story... he stood his ground and delivered, his word is his honour... if only we as consumers can come across people like this...

that's why i took my time today to say Thank you Hi Q... thank you Andre...
