Unable to open account

I have been trying to open a corporate account with first car since august 2013, despite numerous messages, no response is received from first car rental. In follow up with customer care today i was promised by Nadine that someone would call me before 2pm (its now past that) and she would call me back at 2pm as well to confirm that i had been contact. still waiting...
