Shocking Service- loss of money

Mths ago I took my Fiesta to Global for Menlyn, my car was struggling to start, it was there for 2.5 days during said there was nothing wrong it had been on the machine and no fault yet they replaced the battery, shocked but paid hoping it was that, it wasnt, then weeks went by and they change some throttle apparently Mr Swart said this normally gives problems close to the 100 000km service, still no change< more money, after more complaints, promises by the workshop mngr Christo that they will call me to book it in, i call numerous times, nothing happened. that was nov/dec. Jan i took the car in and went to see Mr Swarts DP who was very assuring that he will find the poblem< %th time i booked my car in, he said it needed the 1000km service and he would deduct the cost that i already spentfor nothing (assumptions) and work it out for me and get back to me that day. Yes nothing < i called back @ days later< he didnt get back to me and the Heidi who was going to do the quote knew nothing of it. so i emailed him< didnt get back to me< i called and spoke to Heidi who assured he will contact me< I eventually get a reply< got a snotty email saying he wont refund me< i replied< got nothi
