I had an engine overhauled by RCR motorcycles and 2 days after we got the bike back, it stopped working. There is a fitting that broke off on the plug lead and RCR were the only people to have fiddled there. I went to see them and they understood my concern but will not do anything about it. This was a big boy scooter but sadly I have just purchased a Gomoto and you can thank RCR for destroying my confidence in your product. I am buying another scooter but will sadly no be supporting SAM. Accountability is critical in the service environment. RCR have done themselves an injustice and I certainly hope this is not a reflection on how they will be doing business in 2014.
