In Selling of new cars

A i20 has been sold as a brand new car, after a couple of services one of the mechanics picked up that a "brand new car" had second hand parts in. As the documents stated that this is a new car the Principal at Centurion is just pulling up his shoulders. We have been in talks with Carte Blanche as this is a case, waiting for investigating results.
ABSA bank also seem to be taking legal steps as this car has been financed by them.
