On Monday the 30th of December, my car (i10) overheated and I took it in to Hyundai Vereeniging. There my mom and I were greeted by a friendly security guard who took us to the correct entrance for the Hyunda service dept. We were greeted like VIP's and were made to feel right at home in the nice aircon offices on comfy couches, with delicious cool water and a TV to watch while we waited for the technician who was going to help us. After about 10 minutes we were greeted by a very friendly guy named Jaco, who immediately had a look at my little "ferrari". He told us that they were extremely busy, and that he would squeeze us in. I had to leave my car at Hyundai, and he assured me, that they will take good care of her. The next day at about half past ten, I got a phone call saying that my car was ready and fixed, at no charge. And that I can just come and collect it.
