December 2012 took my car to Auto mate in meadowdale for a service at the time I was told I needed a new carb. base plate and motor for my window washers, but I would have to bring it back in January as they needed to order parts.By the time I phoned to book the car in the business was sold to Car hospital, the quote now went from R900 odd to R1500.00. I took the car in 2 weeks ago to have the carb base plate put in. Three days later my car stated idyling at 2000rpm, I then discovered that the housing for air filter was not fitted correctly nut stripped and inside rubber missing, non the less I took it back on Saturday to be told that was the reason the car was idyling at 2000rpm. After collecting the vehicle and driving 2kms the car was idyling at 3000rpm, I called Jozie who was rude and very defensive he told me me to bring the car back, when I informed him that I was not willing to drive the cars on such a steep downhill in that condition he became more abrupt and rude, Sunday we opened the engine to discover a loose broken pipe that these so called mechanics would have had to take off when working on the carb. Jozie personally worked on my car what kind of mechanic is he???
