The saga of the Christmas present that never arrived. After we spent more than R300 phoning Fedex since the 12th, spoke to a lot of employees, (namely Elizabeth Masenya, Clayton Reddy, Rosemary, Shelly or Shirley, etc), wasted one third of our only holiday a year, the parcel got lost. I believe the driver threw it out the window in a tantrum. It was given to the driver on the Wednesday and on Thursday afternoon Mr Reddy told us it was lost. Whenever we asked to talk to the manager, we were told it wasn't possible. We never got answers, only broken promises and ineptitude. Somebody replied to my previous complaint here, also more broken promises, nobody ever contacted us. You should try delivering for Sanral, or pizza. You are not a courier service, you are a nightmare.
